you need to have filled out the pre-consult extension questionairre & sign the contract. you also need to have your credit card on file to book any extensions appts with km beauty & co.

I understand that things come up and schedules change, but to protect my business please give me the required notice. this gives me time to contact my waitlist and fill your spot.

extension appts -- 72 hr cancellation policy. if you cancel or reschedule within your 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of your total.

non-extensions appts -- 24 hr cancellation policy. if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs of your scheduled appt, you will be charged 50% of your total.

no show appointments result in a charge of 100% of service total. if you no-show a second time, you are not able to rebook.
