I understand that the service is final and non-refundable after the application. Any changes to the style after application will be charged accordingly and additionally.

I understand that hair extensions are very sensitive and different from intact human hair. I understand that I need to keep up with the daily maintenance procedure to keep my extensions in the best condition possible. I am fully aware and responsible that if I brush my hair hard or if the extensions are pulled that it can be ripped from the roots. I understand that if I brush over the weft it can cause the weft to get damage and cause shedding. I understand that I need to take the time to care for my extensions.

I understand that I cannot go to sleep with my hair wet and that I need to put my extensions in a braid or a bun while I sleep.

I understand that I will need to follow my stylists recommendations for shampoo and conditioner as well as styling products. Failure to do so will result in potential damage to the extension hair & could also result in a short lifespan of the hair.

I am aware that I will need to get my extensions moved up every 7-10 weeks & I will follow what my stylist recommends for my natural hair growth. I understand the pricing of the first install and maintenance appointments.

I understand that move-up appointments DO NOT include a shampoo/style and that I must come in with clean, straight hair for this service. They also DO NOT include color. You must schedule both if you want your hair colored in the same appointment.

I understand that there is a 72 hour cancellation policy for all hair extension appointments. If you cancel within the 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of your total service.

In the event of cancelled full installation appointments within the 72 hr policy, your deposit/retainer fee will be forfeited until you pay your 50% fee. You may then make a new appointment and your old deposit/retainer fee will applied to your new appointment.

I understand that I will need an active credit card saved on my account at all times.

If I decide I do not want to keep my extensions in, I understand there will be a $50 removal fee.

Client agrees that if they cannot, for any reason, commit to the upkeep and/or at-home care with having their hair extensions in, the extensions can be removed permanently by the stylist by their discrepancy.
